Solution Tax Service was established in 2004 by a team of former Big Four professionals who believed that growing companies were underserved by the accounting industry. Too large for boutique firms, too small to command attention from national practices — mid-size companies were falling through the gap.
We built this firm to close that gap. From our first engagement, we committed to delivering institutional-quality work with the responsiveness and personal attention of a trusted advisor. That commitment has guided every hire, every engagement, and every client relationship since.
Today, Solution Tax Service serves over 500 corporate clients across manufacturing, distribution, professional services, real estate, and financial services. Our team of professionals brings deep industry knowledge and a results-first mindset to every engagement.

Brenda founded Solution Tax Service in 2004 after serving as the area manager for Jackson Hewitt. She leads the firm's tax practice and serves as the primary advisor to several of our largest corporate clients. Her background in marketing brings a level of rigor and process discipline that our corporate clients rely on.
